Bring the work to the desk
The easiest way to reach the desk is to send a message with a private listening link and a short note about the work. We answer weekday messages inside one working day, and we will tell you plainly if the release does not fit the desk.

Frequently asked
Three questions the desk sees most often
Yes for the submission desk and the pitch rounds. The intake lead needs a finished mix to give a useful first reaction, and a pitch pack built around an unfinished export wastes a curator round. If the recording is still being revised, send a note through the contact form anyway and we will suggest a sensible moment to open the ticket.
No. Pitch rounds are a preparation and follow up service, and the decision belongs entirely to the curator on the receiving side. We record every outcome on the ticket, including silent declines, so that the artist can see exactly what was sent and when. Any offer that promises a placement figure is not one of ours.
Six weeks before the intended go live date is a comfortable and common lead time for a single. Shorter windows are possible when the artwork and metadata are already clean, but they leave little room for a second pitch round. Call or email before locking a date with a partner, and the desk will tell you whether the timeline is realistic.
